Different languages for each page with different domains - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

may requirement new every one. hope there solution this.
i explained requirement below.
1) have joomla website map on home page.
2) map showing continents asia, africa, europe etc.
3) when click on continent example asia, in new page show countries under selected continent.
4) when click on country go detailed page normal content.
here problem comes.
the detailed page should selected country language.
for example click on iraq country domain should redirect domain.iq arabic language,
if click on germany domain domain.de german language etc.
i can achieve installing multiple joomla sites, single admin management how can achieve this, need professional system ?
