Which graphic cards? Nvidia Quadro Fx3800, 4000 or Fx5600?

hi guys,

 

i've got dell xps 8500 i7-3770 @3,40ghz 12gb ram , i'm struggling ae c6.

which of these cards bring me value?

are trying 3d ray traced renderer? how use feature? if don't use it, quadro not going you. current graphics card?

 

what other tasks trying accomplish? have solid state hard drive cache? have thought adding more ram?
