Shape Dynamics will NOT stay off on clone stamp

help!

out of wacom intuos 3 not let me turn off shape dynamics when using clone stamp in photoshop.  have re-loaded new wacom drivers , restarted , still not let me turn off shape dynamics.  how fix this!!!

os 10.7.6

hi,

 

in cs5 there 2 override buttons pen pressure on tool options bar clone stamp tool.

do have either of these enabled?
