Creative Cloud Installation Failed Download Error - Error Type -7 and Error Code - 401

i subscribed creative cloud in december 2012 , have been trying install applications, "installation failed" through adobe application manager. (see screenshot)

here line log file:

01/08/13 11:08:48:346 | [warn] |  | asu | pdapp | downloaderror |  |  | 6120 | download error has come gde error type - -7 , error code - 401

 

i tried searching same error code in "knowledge base" couldn't locate any.

 

i on windows 7 (x64) machine. have cs5.5 installed.

 

anyone have problem? please or point me in right direction if can. thanks!

CS6でファイルが開けません

Scrollability in divs or text boxes
