why do i get "timeout download" at 47 %?

i been having nothing problems day trying download flash player, uninstalled can't reinstall. every time try reinstall "timeout download" @ 47%.

i disabled security system. dont else do. keep getting popup security systems saying can't download because of malious software or not safe download.

specifics:

 

i have windows 7,

64 bits

ie 9.

 

please tell me going on or me.

it sounds have third-party application interfering download, or you're downloading fake flash player distrubtion somewhere not adobe.com.  (always adobe software adobe.com ensure hasn't been tampered with.)

 

can post link you're using download flash player?

2.5.28 to 3.4.1---Download of update package failed - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

went 2.3* whatever 2.5.28 same message.. had install via extension manager: install.. seemed work fine.. updated extensions , db.. tried run install again joomla! update module , download of update package failed message.. tried install extension manager: install. again , nothing.. don't seem have jommla_update.php file on server.. using godaddy plesk.. fun installed 3.4.1 on server using godaddy applications , worked fine.. i have seen server might out of space.. not issue here. permissions set correctly can tell. i new take easy on me.. any ideas? viewtopic.php?f=621&t=582860 Board index Joomla! 3.x - Ask Support Questions Here Migrating and Upgrading to Joomla! 3.x

hi all, searched , saw nothing related it. did quickinstall of joomla 3.3.6. when goto site location in browser error in subject. server specs below. wrong in assuming should ok , if know of fix. php: 5.4.32 could double check php version? create (eg phpinfo.php) file on server containing code: select all <?php phpinfo(); and open file in browser (via eg www.example.com/phpinfo.php ) ? for safety reasons remove file server after double checking.
