Updating a PPT slide in Cp6

hello,

 

i'm using cp6 , ppt2010 in win 7.  imported ppt slides cp6 , linked them.  later wanted update 1 of ppt slides.  did in ppt i'm unable put in cp6.  tried instructions on page 255 of pdf called using adobe captivate 6 under title update ppt presentation changes made outside adobe captivate.

 

  1. the ppt file linked , made change 1 slide directly in ppt
  2. i opened cp6 , navigated slide imported ppt
  3. in cp6, right-clicked slide generated ppt , selected edit microsoft powerpoint>find presentation in library
  4. the ppt presentation containing slide highlighted in library
  5. i right-clicked presentation in presentation folder
  6. i selected update

 

since file in cp6 library , original ppt file not in sync, color of dot in status column in library orange. 

 

i cliked orage dot update source , updating window opens message updating adobe captivate project...  sticks @ 10% , seems freeze.  after 5 minutes, convert updated ms ppt presentations window appears.  slide preview emtpy , selected slides: item show 80/80.  here freeze.  cannot select cancel or other button on window/dialog box.

 

since nothing appears happen, i've had ctrl+alt+del , close cp6 task manager.

 

is there way update single slide created in ppt , update cp6 file it?

 

what i'm missing?

ps, tried edit imported ppt slides within adobe captivate , had similar result.

2.5.28 to 3.4.1---Download of update package failed - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

went 2.3* whatever 2.5.28 same message.. had install via extension manager: install.. seemed work fine.. updated extensions , db.. tried run install again joomla! update module , download of update package failed message.. tried install extension manager: install. again , nothing.. don't seem have jommla_update.php file on server.. using godaddy plesk.. fun installed 3.4.1 on server using godaddy applications , worked fine.. i have seen server might out of space.. not issue here. permissions set correctly can tell. i new take easy on me.. any ideas? viewtopic.php?f=621&t=582860 Board index Joomla! 3.x - Ask Support Questions Here Migrating and Upgrading to Joomla! 3.x

hi all, searched , saw nothing related it. did quickinstall of joomla 3.3.6. when goto site location in browser error in subject. server specs below. wrong in assuming should ok , if know of fix. php: 5.4.32 could double check php version? create (eg phpinfo.php) file on server containing code: select all <?php phpinfo(); and open file in browser (via eg www.example.com/phpinfo.php ) ? for safety reasons remove file server after double checking.
