Creating_a_profile_plugin (install step missing) - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hello wanted create profile plugin have fields have custom registration form.

but not tell me how install or put files?

does go in zip install?

does it's own folder under plugins? need under user?

do have manually place in diff folders in directory?

i appreciate confused.

is there anyway update article add step?

just put files in zip archive , install through extension manager. xml file defines plugin installed.
