Action buttons missing from menu item page - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

using joomla 3.4.1 , works fine except when open menu item after selecting menu in menu manager, there no 'save, close' etc. buttons @ top cant make changes menu items. buttons ok everywhere else. chrome reports 500 jhtml behaviour error in menu item page, else ok on page there seems action button row missing. have spent ages on forums trying find similar problem... can please? haven't noticed how long problem has been there since don't make changes menus often.
...just add tried in ie , same. used work in chrome ok.

clear browser cache , mean completely(!), shut down browser , restart , should ok again

2.5.28 to 3.4.1---Download of update package failed - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

went 2.3* whatever 2.5.28 same message.. had install via extension manager: install.. seemed work fine.. updated extensions , db.. tried run install again joomla! update module , download of update package failed message.. tried install extension manager: install. again , nothing.. don't seem have jommla_update.php file on server.. using godaddy plesk.. fun installed 3.4.1 on server using godaddy applications , worked fine.. i have seen server might out of space.. not issue here. permissions set correctly can tell. i new take easy on me.. any ideas? viewtopic.php?f=621&t=582860 Board index Joomla! 3.x - Ask Support Questions Here Migrating and Upgrading to Joomla! 3.x

hi all, searched , saw nothing related it. did quickinstall of joomla 3.3.6. when goto site location in browser error in subject. server specs below. wrong in assuming should ok , if know of fix. php: 5.4.32 could double check php version? create (eg phpinfo.php) file on server containing code: select all <?php phpinfo(); and open file in browser (via eg www.example.com/phpinfo.php ) ? for safety reasons remove file server after double checking.
