Technical support for single edition DPS

i'm hoping can me. i'm trying find answer why keep getting 'folio missing error' when try create app.

i've submitted apple , it's been approved , appears in app store. however, have made couple of text amends , can't seem test new version or download distribution zip files re-submit apple.

 

i'm quite against in terms of client deadline , wondering if can maybe try , help... or there technical support number can call speak , resolve problem?

i've tried number on website i'm uk based , number appears invalid every time attempt call.

 

a few things may help:

 

• i'm on same computer original app built , submitted, indesign files (although in same location) saved on our server. cause problem?

• have used single edition serial number, delete button greyed out in dps app builder app

• articles updated , have tried launching dps app builder both independently , workflow menu in indesign keep getting same error message.

 

i'd grateful if shed light on problem. i'm assuming pretty common problem unless i'm doing wrong / missing obvious??
