Added Hyperlinks to Form Text Field?

i'm trying create form users can enter hyperlink in text field. specifically, path link folder on shared server.

 

so far, pastes regular text, , changing manually hyperlink doesn't work, tries open unsucessfully in browser.

 

i'm hoping there sort of javascript solution, otherwise renders other programming kind of null.

you can set mouse action of text field launch web site, not

a folder on computer.

also, it's not possible associate part of text, only

with entire field.
