Error in commenting text

hi all,

 

we had problem comments added in pdf file. when viewed in other computers, comment "greater than" sign appears correctly. in other computers, square box appears. attached screenshot visualize more. font have it? hope can me didn't know what's wrong file.

 

28 views , yet no suggestions or solutions? rare problem? has no 1 encountered this?
