Accidentally hit "close" (Control+W) and I can't figure out how to restore my timeline (if possible)

i've worked lot in ancient version of premiere, though never got deep it. i've been working on project 15 hours, , intending save accidentally clicked "close" (control+w). stupidly, saved after hit that, , can't figure out how can restore timeline, if in fact it's possible. can me out? can't afford lose effort!

 

guess lesson in backup saves!

reset current workspace (in window>workspace menu top of screen)

CS6でファイルが開けません

Scrollability in divs or text boxes
