Will a creative cloud subscription allow me to use dps tools to create single edition apps for Samsu

hi i'm looking cc subscription. let me create apps samsung galaxy?

 

at moment need share these clients using email/sharing feature.

adobe dps se not include neither android nor iphone devices yet. maybe in near future, has been said here.

 

nowadays adobe dps se ipad-wise , one-off apps (no news stand or multi issue apps). no restricted distribution either.
