Adobe Media Core CS6 has stopped working (Premiere Pro Family CS6)

i have upgraded computer better run premiere , encore have encountered error "adobe media core cs6 has stopped working". program boot after choose either of 2 options should close program. both seem run fine after getting past error rather not have see everytime , know amis. have tried uninstalling , reinstalling quicktime other users have suggested think problem may lie elsewhere. can me out?
