Thread: USB not booting
i've heard lot how ubuntu figured give try. unfortunately have run 1 issue after another. tried wubi took me grub , wouldn't boot , told me insert cd. got frustrated , uninstalled figuring try way.
tried putting ubuntu .iso file on 8gb flash drive. got iso on there , pointed @ should, few documentation showed me. used usb-creator "community based" documentation showed. when shut down computer , started again, accessed boot menu , selected flash drive showed. right afterwards takes me "syslinux 2009-8-????" & other stuff (no error codes or anything, , don't feel restarting again see not work) , doesn't boot anything. sits @ menu left @ 15 mins hoping work. considered using unetbootin knowing luck, download didn't seem come on .exe file (i have no effin idea why) , when renamed .exe , ran it, said incompatible current system.
please me out here, i'm running out of patience , fast. i've watched 11 tutorials , seem have boot instantly instead of taking them page. it's simple too, forgot do. trying put on usb can have windows 7 ubuntu. windows 64-bit, don't know if matters either.
