hi ..! using ubuntu after 4 years - because development environment has changed ubuntu (for good) ! however, 1 thing fonts keeps me nagging ... think every 1 have noticed this, , know reason - why ubuntu fonts 'thick' - if may use word describe feel. in comparison windows fonts - absolutely newbie in font related terminology (like anti-aliasing etc). have dual boot window7/ubuntu 10.10 same resolution of 1366x768 in both - however, somehow there seems 'less space' work in ubuntu. believe way fonts rendered in ubuntu vs windows ? can please enlighten - why major difference - , not cause of concern among ubuntu users? - because have not seen many threads related issue. - there clean way of getting 'thin' fonts in ubuntu - without many hacks , complete ubuntu environment looking seamless these changes? i'm trying create lens profiles gopro hero2 camera (i have succsesfully created profiles photo mode) cannot same video mode. have extracted 9 photos video streams lens profile creator allways comes following error message "generate lens profile failed because camera model solver failed find solution."?   the calibration & grid detection seems recognize , able process images.   is "model solver" looking 3x4 image in it's calculations? that should work long checkerboard chart used shoot has 1:1 black/white squares. model solver not assume input image aspect ratio or square pixels. error message says not find solution. try give more images. images have exif metadata describes focal length of lens used? useful algorithm out. use exiftool inject such metadata if missing image. hi all,   this first post, , first attempt edit javascript ai, please bear me! realtively actionscript, trying hand @ streamline our image exporting process. using cs5 on pc.   we build our illustrator files combination of different layers. 1 layer exported @ time, , layers combined form more complex image. use layer names instructions of layers should on , off.   an example of layer naming might this:   03 (01-on, 02-off) 02 (01-off) 01   i have been able figure out how check if there note turn layer on, question how select layer turn on visibility without using exact name of layer?   in example, when layer 3 gets exported, should have layer "01" visible , layer "02 (01-off)" not visible. since our files constructed differently (meaning 02 might not have note 01 being off), can't use getbyname option because don't have exact name call layer , turn visibility on. layers start 01, 02, 03, etc. there way use getbyname , have @ first 2 characters of layer name...

hallo   kann mir jemand helfen?   ich verwende windows 7 und adobe photoshop elements version 7 . das problem ist, es wird keine menüzeile (oben rand) angezeigt.   wie kann ich diese wieder aktivieren?   danke im voraus.   gruss mario hallo mario,   zwei fragen dazu:   hast du pse 7 zuvor auf dem gleichen rechner gehabt und nun das betriebssystem gewechselt oder ist alles neu? arbeitest du auf einem notebook und wenn ja, welche grafikeinstellung ist aktuell (monitorauflösung)?   hintergrund: ich hatte bei der umstellung von pse 5 auf 8 ebenfalls zunächst probleme notebook, bis ich die grafikkarte auf 768 pixel bildhöhe eingestellt hatte. bei der voreinstellung 16:9 ergeben sich nur 720 pixel. adobe erwartet hingegen ab pse 8 mindestens 1024 x 768 pixel. ansonsten fehlen ganze menübereiche oder einstelldialoge.   gruß bernhard More discussions in Deutsche Foren adobe

i working on site today, , of sudden started see advertisements in backend! in frontend now, , seem independant of joomla. site http://www.daytonagun owners.com , i'm wondering if else has had happen them? need garbage off site! okay, more info. the advertisements popped in frontend , backend, , no more simple line of ads worked of news sliders. in left breadcrumb position, think... firebug wasn't able id position reason. i reloaded page, , shut down restarted, , gone. or @ least wasn't running on reload. again, else had happen? cheap hosting... cheap message....
