hello, tried migrate site 2.5.9 3.x.x , had same problems, decided restore previous point akeeba backup. both front-end , back-end blank/white pages. can't login admin..
and front-end gives error:
---parse error: syntax error, unexpected t_string, expecting t_function in /home/prevoziv/public_html/configuration.php on line 71---

could relate problem?

your copy of file configuration.php has characters cause syntax error. did edit file?

CS6でファイルが開けません

Scrollability in divs or text boxes
