FilUtilService runas specific user

hello,

 

a process generates pdf file based on xml input , template definition.

the result written specific file location.

for production want output written external file share.

since livecycle runtime defaults runs system account want configure specific user used write file.

 

configuration:

livecycle es2 foundation + output

websphere application server v7

windows 2008 server

 

my solution:

i configured fileutilsservice runas specific user active directory domain users.

i restarted services: files still created using sysaccount.

 

then restarted process using service, again same negative result.

then restarted appserver, no luck either.

 

also tried running process under specific user, allthough presume runas property process definition relates input user credentials.

 

looking documentation regarding runas setting: no luck. not in de admin manual, nor in related pdf's adobe either...

 

anyone experience on matter? or links relevant documentation?

no reactions...is description of problem not clear? anyone?

all files created our system owned id server runs under, not user process running under. not work other way in our case. users of process managemnet not users on server runs on. you'll have create process change ownership.
