the issue:
- my id docs toc's not display levels @ all
- i have pretty tried everything. have gone simple styles chapters , sub chapters see issue be

some findings
- one article found which outlined id having issues inset text boxes
- it seems setting inset on text boxes toc content affects display of such
- i tried removing insets results still did not fix issue face
questions
- what hell doing wrong?

- is there should not doing when formatting style used on toc?

what expecting happen?
here's files have level option:
- level
- by default, each item added include paragraph styles box set 1 level lower item above it. can change hierarchy specifying new level number selected paragraph style. option adjusts display in dialog box. has no effect on final table of contents unless list alphabetized, in case entries sorted level.
waht means if want have different levels indent, example, need add paragraph style apply.
