Thread: Need help recovering Windows

i got laptop around 9 months ago, , came pre-installed windows 7 , windows vista. didn't care them, checked make sure worked (they both did), installed ubuntu in dual (triple?) boot. ubuntu's been working ever since, ever since installed ubuntu, can't windows. have feeling might have messed while re-partitioning, or of nature. windows 7 , vista still on grub @ bottom, when try load 7, says there error , can either boot safe launch/recovery mode or start normally. choosing safe launch tells me there's issue , can fix inserting windows installation disk , selecting repair. however, since came pre-installed windows, not have disk. choosing start starts load windows, logo starts fill in on seven, halfway through stops , blue screens on me. uh oh. believe said device not working right or something.

don't need windows, there games can't working in wine, figured i'd around fixing it.

so, need do? edit partitions? tell grub device needs boot if it's booting wrong one? i'm not sure do.

oh, clear, windows stuff still there, it's not got wiped. can access windows filesystem through ubuntu, , looks it's still there , fine, can't boot it.

can info need, right i'm on 10.10, if helps any, , installed off livecd.
