convert pdf to word failed

tried 4 times convert pdf word, tried rebooting computer, tried re-log in adobe, tried disabling recognize text. using windows xp , firefox current version. uninstall , reinstall adobe work suggested in 1 answer? seems many people having problem....

sorry hear you're having trouble.  can tell me bit document you're trying convert?  how many pages it?  scanned document?  open pdf file , choose file > properties.  next pdf producer , application?

CS6でファイルが開けません

Scrollability in divs or text boxes
