Adobe connect recording freez and missing note pod
here issue having adobe connect recorded meeting.
i have recording working prior 9.0 upgrade.
after 9.0 upgrade, there issue happen recorded meeting.
when forward videos, entire recording freeze , unable resume. after reload recording, issue still exist.
also, note pod disappear recording middle of videos.
spoke adobe support (support @ india), advice me it's bugs in new upgrade , issue recording.
all said was, working on , not eta it
this leave me pain , dry 90% percent of recorded videos have seeing unable forward , freeze issue.
is have other solutions work around issue? or advice.
how can happening adobe? recorded videos bread , butters of acp feature , screw big time.
this screw customer , should have test , test make sure these things don't happen.
