Expression request

hi guys,

 

i tried stay away after effects , concentrate on sound - have failed! hopelessly addicted ae - there no turning back!

 

i have question expressions. have started getting head around them, wondfering if 1 of had advice offhand on following.

 

i have scene set - simple, 3 solids, 1 camera , null object - 3d.

what want now, without having work out math , angles (because lazy) have 3 solids duplicated, , placed @ 45degrees on "x" axis, in 3d space bottom edges touching top edges of layers below. want duplicate again, , put further 45degree on "x" axis create ceiling. end almost, not quite, entirely unlike this....

i know if expression can used on script creates specific shape, because might add or remove solids depending on want create.

 

to honest, not need current project, trying out few things, , thought interresting place start expressions (having "wiggled" as alowed 1 compositor!)

not quite sure getting at. if you're planning platonic primitives, you'll have deeper math side of things. there's many possible solutions n , p (n being number of sides, p being number of faces) , of them involve combinations of multiple n-gon types (there no determinate solution pentagons instance). if want create tubes, arcs , other relatively geometries, might wanna check page's 3d elements section...

2.5.28 to 3.4.1---Download of update package failed - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

went 2.3* whatever 2.5.28 same message.. had install via extension manager: install.. seemed work fine.. updated extensions , db.. tried run install again joomla! update module , download of update package failed message.. tried install extension manager: install. again , nothing.. don't seem have jommla_update.php file on server.. using godaddy plesk.. fun installed 3.4.1 on server using godaddy applications , worked fine.. i have seen server might out of space.. not issue here. permissions set correctly can tell. i new take easy on me.. any ideas? viewtopic.php?f=621&t=582860 Board index Joomla! 3.x - Ask Support Questions Here Migrating and Upgrading to Joomla! 3.x

uppercase letters in url - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hello all, i in process of migrating joomla 2.5 1.5. 1 of categories in 1.5 version had capital letters in name. in joomla 2.5, uppercase letters in article/menu/category alias automatically converted lowercase. i tried changing menu alias in database, caused 404 error in category-blog page. i have been trying many days find solution, reason being many of pages category in 1.5 site have lots of facebook likes don't want lose. does work-around exist allow me manually change category/menu alias category blog page , articles have category name uppercase letters? any appreciated. thanks! you can 301 redirect uppercase urls lowercase.
