AIR 3.4.x fails to install on WindowsXP

hi

we have proprietary application uses flex gui have .air component isntalled on user's machine. there seems intermittent problem installation.

some machines have air v2.6 on them , expected new 3.4 installer overwrite existing version. on 85% of installs works fine on rest fails. our workaround uninstall existing air version first , try install of our app. install fails on 5% of attempts after few tries , pc restart, works.

we have no idea going wrong , why it's happening on few installs. use winxp machines.
