Approval of Terms & Conditions

terms , conditions integral processes in forms submissions.  formscentral have elegant way of acheiving in way meets strict legal standards.  can think of few different ways of achieving result, rather not have recreate wheel if else has acheived same result.... when terms , conditions lengthy.  can suggest best practice having user approve multiple terms , conditions part of forms submission?

have considered using "text box" spell out terms, in conjunction [do agree specific term?" check "yes" or "no"] ??  terms can located , read user clicking on "question mark" symbol show "text box"

 

there function of "skip logic" may useful in conjunction "insert page break". perhaps devote entire page terms & conditions @ font size 9 or 10. (still readable , not small)
