How to go to another page simultaneously refresh it ? - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i have table on page :

i using javascript function change view clicking on div's ("your acc", "add new acc") :


and on page similar line :


but when change between page data there doesn't refresh
i must refresh page clicking f5 see results .

please me.
