No Adobe Program run

i´m using photoshop 5.1 , indesign 5.5 on mac. since yesterday both programs

did not starting.

 

i uninstalled applications, installed them again serial numbers,

but nothing happens. still same problem: nothing goes on, when clicking

on program icons.

 

i downloaded trial version of illustrator 6 , can´t run programm.

the same problem.

 

only adobe bridge , adobe encoder runs.

 

what can do?

please try deleting preferences both software

 

option+command+shift (mac os) start photoshop/indesign. ask delete current preference/settings.

try launching product see whether working or not.

 

if above step doesn't work

 

try creating admin account , launch programs.
