ALC-TTN-105-000 could not connect to bootstrap servlet

hi trying install livecycle server using adobe livecycle configuration manager on windows 7.in reached slide heading lifecycle es3 database initialization there button labeled initializa , 2 text field in host text field entered localhost , in port entered 8080 , getting error

alc-ttn-105-000 not connect bootstrap servlet.port[connection refused:connect] may invalid .

i tried other ports 8081 8085 9090 etc still facing same error .can 1 please tell how resolve error??please beginner , excited create first app please how proceed further , resolve issue!!

is issue resolved facing same issue

hi i trying upgrade joomla 2.5.27 3.6. have checked requirements (i've upgraded site), purged cache , gone short term support, when click save & close told (as before) have latest joomla version - not offer me joomla 3.6 (or else). have suggestions please? thank you c you can download joomla 3.x update , install manually using joomla's extension installer. don't forget create backup before doing that.
