Self Populating Fields in Acrobat Forms

i work educational institution , attempting track our graduates move next phase of education. situation follows:

 

i have 2 forms. 1 filled out students when request letter of recommendation 1 of our instructors. 1 filled out instructors after have written requested letters. way supervisiors want work post form on public space such website. students fill in form (for purpose called form a). initiate second form (form b) sent instructor (either automatically or via email me , send out form b instructors). form b ideally go instructor of fields filled in instructor not have re-type same information students filled out. in form of dropdown or checkbox (purely verification purposes). reason instructors can write dozens of letters per semester , lot of work them fill in detailed form every letter write. data gets compiled , fed large database used measure trends in educational persuits after leave our institution.

 

if can appreciate it. first adobe form project , has become far more complex thought possible.

if create fields same name, automatically have the

same value.
